Welcome to Malas Nganggur. By registering and using our services, you agree to all the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Role of the Platform Malas Nganggur is a digital intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects Job Seekers (Talent) with Employers. We are not an employment agency, an outsourcing company, or your direct employer. All employment contracts, salary negotiations, and project settlements are direct agreements between the Talent and the Employer.

2. Account and Security

  • You must provide accurate, authentic, and up-to-date information (including CVs, Portfolio links, and Company identities).

  • The Admin reserves the right to revoke “Verified” (Blue Tick) status or permanently suspend (Ban) accounts that are found to be using fake data, engaging in spam, or violating professional ethics, without prior notice.

3. Token and Job Credit System

  • The Malas Nganggur ecosystem utilizes virtual currencies in the form of Tokens (for Talents to apply for jobs) and Job Credits (for Employers to post job listings).

  • These virtual currencies can be purchased through our platform and are securely processed by a third-party payment gateway (Midtrans).

  • All purchases of Tokens and Job Credits are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Interaction and Communication

  • We highly respect user privacy. A Talent’s WhatsApp number will only be unlocked and visible to the Employer if the Talent has explicitly accepted an interview invitation (Accept Interview).

  • Any further communication outside the platform (such as via WhatsApp) is beyond the supervisory responsibility of Malas Nganggur.

5. Review and Rating System

  • Users can leave reviews for each other after a project is marked as “Completed”. Reviews must be honest, objective, and free from abusive language, harassment, or discrimination.

  • The Admin reserves the right to remove reviews that are proven to contain slander, threats, or hate speech.

6. Limitation of Liability Malas Nganggur shall not be held liable for:

  • Financial losses due to salary disputes, fraud, or unpaid work by the Employer.

  • The quality of work produced by the Talent.

  • Any form of loss arising from user interactions outside of our platform.
