  • For Employers: Company name, email address, phone number, office address, and industry details.

  • Transaction Data: We do not store your credit card information or banking credentials. All payment transactions are securely processed by an official payment gateway (Midtrans).

2. How We Use Your Data We use your data to:

  • Connect Talent Profiles with Employer Needs.

  • Send automated email notifications regarding application statuses, interview invitations, and system messages.

  • Improve platform security against spam and fake accounts.

3. WhatsApp Number Privacy Malas Nganggur operates on a Privacy-First system. A Talent’s WhatsApp number is hidden from the public and Employers by default. The number will only be shared specifically with an Employer after the Talent gives consent by accepting an interview request.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your public profile data is only shared within the platform ecosystem so you can be discovered by potential job seekers or employers.

5. User Rights You have full control over your data. You have the right to update, modify, or delete your information at any time in the “My Account” dashboard. If you wish to permanently delete your account from our system, please contact our support team at support@malasnganggur.com.
