(Job Seekers) How do I apply for a job?
To apply, you need to register as a Talent, complete your profile, and use Tokens. Once you find a job you like, click "Apply Now", set your bid, write a cover letter, and submit.
(Job Seekers) What are Tokens and how do I get them?
Tokens are our platform's currency used to send applications (1 Application = 3 Tokens).
You can get Tokens by:
- Sign-Up Bonus: Get 30 Free Tokens when you register.
- Daily Login: Log in every day to claim 10 Free Tokens.
- Top-Up: Purchase more Tokens via the "Shop" page.

(Job Seekers) Is my WhatsApp number safe?
Yes! Your WhatsApp number is hidden from the public and employers by default. It will only be revealed to a specific employer after you accept their "Interview Request" from your dashboard.
(Job Seekers) What does the "Verified" (Blue Tick) badge mean?
The blue tick shows employers that you have a complete and trustworthy profile. To get verified, you must fill out your Video Pitch, CV Link, Bio, Work Experience, and Education. (Note: Admin routinely audits profiles and will revoke the badge if the provided links are fake).
(Job Seekers) Does Malas Nganggur take a cut from my salary?
No! We do not take any commission or fee from your project earnings. You negotiate and receive your payment directly from the employer.
(Employers) How do I post a job?
Register as an Employer, ensure you have Job Credits, and go to the "Post a Job" page. Fill in the project details, budget, and required skills, then publish it to our directory.
(Employers) What are Job Credits?
Job Credits are required to publish a job listing (1 Job Post = 1 Credit). When you sign up, you receive a bonus of 3 Job Credits. You can purchase more at any time via the "Shop" page.
(Employers) How do I contact the applicants?
When a Talent applies, they will appear in your Dashboard under "Applicant Manager". You can review their cover letter and profile. If you like them, click "Request Interview". Once the Talent accepts the request, their private WhatsApp number will be unlocked for you to contact them directly.
(Employers) How do I hire someone?
Once you have agreed on terms via WhatsApp or Interview, go back to your Dashboard and click "Hire" on the applicant's card. This will mark your job as "Filled" and notify the Talent. After the project is done, don't forget to mark it as "Completed" and leave a rating!
